Whether you're joining us for a large group dinner or planning a private event, we're happy to help make your gathering special.
Indigo Crow is a unique, intimate restaurant located in a historic adobe home. Because of our size, layout, and regular dining business, large groups and private events require a little extra planning.
We've put together the information below to help you determine whether Indigo Crow is the right fit for your gathering before reaching out to our events team.

Reservable Groups
(6-16 guests)
- Reservations can be made through our reservation system or by calling the restaurant directly.
- There are no specific time or seating-area restrictions for groups of 6–16 guests; seating and available reservation times are based on current availability.
- Our full menu is available, and no special pre-ordering or menu selections are required.
Large Groups
(17-24 guests)
- Reservations must be requested in advance.
- Groups must be seated no later than 5:00 PM.
- Food/Beverage minimums are required.
- A pre-selected menu is required.
- We will work with you to create a pre-selected menu with multiple entrée options.
- We will provide a Google Form for guests to submit entrée selections and dietary restrictions in advance.
Large groups of 17-24 guests are not available during Balloon Fiesta week. Groups of this size will be seated inside on the south side of our dining room, with the group arranged across smaller tables of approximately 5–6 guests per table.
Large Event Groups
(25+ guests)
- Reservations must be requested in advance.
- Groups must be seated no later than 4:00 PM.
- Food/Beverage minimums are required.
- A pre-selected menu is required.
- We will work with you to create a pre-selected menu with multiple entrée options.
- We will provide a Google Form for guests to submit entrée selections and dietary restrictions in advance.
Large event groups of 25+ guests are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during Balloon Fiesta week. Seating will be arranged based on the size of your group while also accommodating our regular dining guests.
